I have discovered a genuine fisherman's paradise in Mongolia. In a totally secluded spot far from civilization, I found rivers teaming with red trout – truly magnificent fish that an enthusiastic fisherman can only dream of. Here we are quite undisturbed, surrounded only by cranes, marmots and falcons that come to feed on the leftovers. Of course, we'll cook our catch of trout together and relish a delicious meal.
